Structure of a report

Structure; 

Cover sheet- name, repot title, module title, study programme, academic year, image 

Contents page- page numbers, subheadings, appendices, bibliography 

Introduction & procedure- what are you writing about, the steps taken and methods used, how did you do research , what worked well, do you understand your limitations, show a problem and how youv overcome it 

Main body of report- tell the reader what you found out, use subheadings (eg layouts, window display, clothing, print, embroidary, price range, audience, quality, trend influences), images, graphs, charts, tables 

Conclusion- rounding up what youv discovered - do not repeat what you have already put. 

Recomendations; your opinion

Appendices; analysis sheets from questionnaires, magazines, articles, interview, website 

Bibliography- reference secondary research
